Delivery area

Trendystore currently delivers only within Georgia.

Shipping charges

  • Orders below 200 GEL: 49.99 GEL.
  • Orders of 200 GEL or more: free standard delivery.

The threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping. The final charge is displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery time

Processing starts after successful payment confirmation. The agreed estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days from payment/order confirmation. A business day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays in Georgia.

This is a good-faith estimate. If the agreed period is missed, the consumer may give us a reasonable additional period and, if delivery still does not occur, exercise statutory cancellation rights. If goods are unavailable, we will notify the consumer immediately and refund the relevant payment.

Fulfilment, tracking and risk

An order may be fulfilled from an international partner warehouse. Trendystore remains the trader responsible to the consumer. Available tracking details are emailed after dispatch. The risk of accidental loss or damage remains with Trendystore until the consumer or a designated third party physically receives the goods.

Address and delays

The consumer must provide a correct name, telephone number and complete delivery address. Contact us immediately about an error; changes may be impossible after dispatch. If customs, carrier, weather or another event causes delay, we will assist with checking the status without restricting statutory rights.

Additional charges

The product price and shipping charge shown before payment include the amounts charged by Trendystore. If a third-party customs or other mandatory charge may legally arise for a specific order, we will disclose it before purchase where reasonably possible. Contact us before paying an unexpected carrier request.

Damage or loss

For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete parcel, email info@trendystore.ge with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected product.
