1. Trader and scope

The trader is Individual Entrepreneur Davit Kidzinidze, trading as Trendystore, identification number 61001058407, 54 Zurab Gorgiladze Street, Apartment 200, 6000 Batumi, Georgia; info@trendystore.ge. These terms apply to consumer purchases for private purposes delivered in Georgia.

2. Products and prices

Material characteristics, size/variant and price appear on the product page. Prices are in GEL. Trendystore is currently not VAT-registered and Georgia VAT is configured at 0% in Shopify. Shipping is separately disclosed before purchase.

Cosmetic information is not medical advice. Read the package ingredients, patch test where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. This does not restrict statutory rights.

3. Electronic ordering

The customer selects products/variants, reviews and corrects the cart and details, selects delivery and an available payment method, then places an order that clearly entails payment. Receipt is confirmed electronically without delay. Contract data is retained in Shopify and available through the confirmation or on request.

The contract is concluded when the order and successful payment are confirmed. For an obvious pricing/technical error or unavailability, we notify the customer immediately and fully refund any payment received.

4. Payment

Only methods displayed at checkout are available. The selected provider processes payment data; Trendystore never requests full card credentials by email. Processing begins after payment confirmation. Provider terms may additionally apply but cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within Georgia. Shipping is 49.99 GEL below 200 GEL and free standard delivery from 200 GEL. The agreed estimated period is 14–21 business days from order/payment confirmation. The Shipping Policy forms part of the contract.

6. Partners

Trendystore may use an international fulfilment partner, carriers, Shopify and payment providers. Trendystore remains the trader responsible to the consumer for mandatory legal obligations.

7. Cancellation and returns

The conditions for order cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds and the sealed-hygiene exception are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing restricts rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

8. Conformity and legal guarantee

Goods must conform to their description and contract. Where the law applies, consumers may request free remedy/replacement, reduction or withdrawal.

This is not an unconditional two-year product warranty or right of return. Statutory claims may apply only to a defect or non-conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and was discovered within the statutory period. After six months from receipt, the consumer must prove that the defect existed at delivery. Liability does not cover ordinary consumption, depletion of the product, improper storage, use contrary to instructions, or damage caused by the consumer.

9. Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, refrain from unlawful or fraudulent use, and respect third-party rights. Minors must act with required parental/legal-representative involvement.

10. Intellectual property

Site design, text, logo and materials belong to Trendystore or the relevant rights holder. Use beyond personal, non-commercial use requires permission.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, Trendystore is not responsible for use contrary to product instructions.

12. Changes

Material policy changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible and will not retroactively disadvantage completed contracts.

13. Law and disputes

Georgian law applies. Contact info@trendystore.ge first if desired; this does not restrict access to GCCA, courts, mediation or another authority. Georgian is the legally required information language; mandatory Georgian law prevails.
