ROUND LAB Soybean Panthenol Cleansing Oil is an oil-based cleanser with black soybean oil (200,980 ppm) that helps dissolve makeup, excess sebum and everyday impurities.
Sunflower oil and emollients help soften skin during cleansing, while the formula emulsifies with water for rinsing.
Ceramide NP, cholesterol and panthenol (0.0051 ppm) complement the formula, alongside tocopherol and bergamot, rosemary and chamomile oils.
